About
Spares built by shooters, for shooters
We started Clay Parts for a simple reason: getting a worn spring or firing pin for a Perazzi or Beretta in Asia shouldn’t take three months and a small fortune.
How the parts are made
Every part is reverse-engineered from a genuine OEM component, modelled to its original dimensions, and CNC-machined from the correct tool steel for the job — spring steels for springs, hardened alloy steels for sears, hammers and firing pins. Parts are then heat-treated and finished so they drop in without hand-fitting.
What we stock vs make to order
We hold the high-wear, hard-to-source items — springs and firing pins — in stock for immediate shipping. Larger machined parts like sears, hammers, ejectors and forend irons are made to order. Every made-to-order part carries a request button: the more demand we see for a part, the sooner we machine a batch.
Quality control
Wear parts are checked against master samples for dimensional accuracy and hardness before they ship. Springs are cycle-tested. If a part doesn’t fit as it should, we replace it.
Honest about what we are
These are aftermarket, non-OEM parts. We are not Perazzi or Beretta and we don’t claim to be — we make compatible replacement parts that meet or beat original spec, at a price that makes sense in this region. The marque names are used only to describe what each part fits.
